The Wayfair AI Assistant Project is an intelligent QA assistant developed using open-source large models and RAG architecture technology. It currently offers three versions:
Developed using third-party RAG architecture AI smart workbenches (e.g., IMA and Metaso);
Localized deployments for enterprise-level data privacy protection (e.g., tools like ragflow/dify);
Local data + API solutions for enterprises and individuals (e.g., Qanything).
These three solutions leverage existing knowledge bases to effectively address challenges encountered in daily Wayfair operations.
